Geir Skeie is the winner of several major cooking contests where the crown juwel is the Bocuse d'Or 2009 (the "Culinary World Cup").
Katrine Borg Skeie, hostess and pastry cheff, have worked at top restaurants in Oslo (Le Canard, Solsiden), Hemsedal (Skarsnuten Hotel) and in Denmark (Koch in Aarhus). Norwegian apprentice champion of 2004. Creative, and loves to create new and exciting sweets.
